Jordan Law is a Denver-based personal injury firm with 20 years of experience and a track record that speaks for itself — over half a billion dollars recovered for clients across car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, brain injuries and more. A firm that genuinely goes to trial when other firms quietly fold. The kind of lawyers insurance companies don’t want on the other side of the table.
The brief was a full custom WordPress redesign and rebuild — modernising the look and feel, stripping out plugin dependency and building a content structure that Jordan Law’s small internal team could manage themselves long-term without needing a developer for every update. Practice area pages built to perform on search. Location pages for Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and beyond. A clear, trust-building user journey from first visit to free consultation. A results page that let the numbers do the talking. Twelve to fourteen weeks to deliver.
A second phase followed — converting the single WordPress site into a multisite setup, spinning up a dedicated news subdomain with a stripped-back header, modified blog templates and a squeeze form integrated into the article detail pages. All launched on a subdomain without touching the main site.
Personal injury law is one of the most competitive spaces online and one of the most emotionally charged. Someone landing on this site has probably just been in an accident. They’re scared, possibly in pain, and deciding in the first few seconds whether this firm feels credible enough to trust with something that really matters.
That’s a UX problem before it’s a design problem. Working through Figma, I designed around that emotional journey — leading with the numbers that build instant credibility, clear pathways to the right practice area, strong photography of the real team and a frictionless route to a free consultation at every turn. The hierarchy is confident without being aggressive. The warmth is genuine without being soft.
The custom WordPress theme is clean and fast — built around custom post types and page layout modules so Jordan Law’s team can publish blog posts, update practice area pages and add new attorney profiles without opening a code editor. The multisite conversion landed cleanly, on schedule, with zero disruption to the main site.
With $550 million in verdicts on the homepage, the site now makes the case before the lawyers even pick up the phone. We’re pleased with this one.
